Meet & Greet
A free Meet & Greet is essential to familiarize your dog/s with our home and resident dogs. It also gives you the opportunity to meet up and for me to answer any questions you may have.
What should I bring?
Please bring your dog/s with you as its important to see if they get on with my resident dogs Jack & Daisy. A current vaccination card is needed too.
What to expect during a Visit?
During this informal visit we will be able to discuss your dogs needs, meet Jack & Daisy and see where your dog will be spending their holidays. Visits are up to an hour long. You will be shown my Boarding license, insurance documents, DBS check and first aid certificate. If you would like your dog/s to have a longer visit, day care rates will apply.
How do I secure a booking?
If you are happy with everything and would like to book then a booking information form, and a booking form needs to filled in either on line or I have paper copies if that's preferable. A terms and conditions form needs to be read & signed also. To secure a booking a deposit either cash or bank transfer is required. Receipt is given on request.
I advise booking early especially during Easter and the summer months as i get booked up early.
I advise for longer bookings to have a trial day or overnight stay this is charged at the normal rates.
Please contact me
I can accommodate afternoon and weekend visits but out of respect for my neighbours avoid evening visits.
For the reasons of security, contact needs to be made by sending me either an email, filling out a contact form or telephoning leaving a voicemail or text message with your requirements. I tend not to answer calls whilst I am out walking the dogs but will get back to ASAP.
Visits are by appointment only. Please don't arrive at my house unannounced.
